In this freediving course you will learn the basics, things like cleaning the mask so that it does not fog up, you will learn how to put on your fins and what to avoid. You will learn the care you must have with the fauna and flora.
You will learn to compensate the ears to avoid pain and other basic recommendations. But the most important thing about this course is :
You will have 30 minutes of explanatory video on the first basic freediving instructions. You will have your first freediving exam with 10 questions that will be worth it to go to the sea with the instructor at a maximum depth of -6 meters.
You will have the right to receive your first digital certificate as a Level freediver: "Introduction to freediving". That will give you direct access to doing Level 1 up to -15 meters.

In the INTRO APNEA course, you learn to use a mask, snorkel and fins and may use a wetsuit and weight belt. Using equipment designed especially for freediving is best, however, in this experience, you can use the snorkeling equipment you already have.
